The Mission of Indiana's Council for Animal Welfare (ICAW) is to protect and preserve the animals of Indiana, and safeguard the rights of responsible animal owners and professionals through education and sound legislative actions.

ICAW was established during the 2009 Indiana legislative session; by a group of dedicated citizens who love their animals and felt strongly that their right to own, and control them were dangerously being threatened.  Become a member of ICAW and stand beside the animal that you love.  Join us today.
