Your membership allows us to educate the public about animal welfare, improve animal husbandry skills, and present a united voice in federal, state, or local government legislation.

    A breeder membership requires you to live in the state of Indiana or your kennel be located in the state of Indiana, agree to ICAW's Code of Ethics, and be evaluated by our KMA Team.   

    ​Associate and Business members have no voting rights or representation.

ICAW is a 501 (C) (6)  non-profit organization. ​Eighty-six percent (86%) of your membership investment is deductible as a business expense. The Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 199 disallows as a business expense of that portion of your dues, which are allocable to lobbying at the state or federal level.  Dues contributions made to 501(C)(6) organizations such as the council are not eligible as charitable deductions.
